flexible services models.
Time and Material
When the specifications and scope of a project that you want
to outsource cannot be well defined or locked down, or if
project has known risks, the Time and Material model provides
maximum flexibility. This allows you to add, change, remove,
or reprioritize project requirements at any time during the
project cycle. This can be set up as a fixed cost per month
per resource, or on a simple hourly basis.
In this model we set up, operate, and manage a project team
for you consisting of full time resources. Based on the size
and scale of projects, technology requirements, urgency of
the project and your budget and business model, we can determine
the best possible structure of this project team.
Temporary Staffing
If you want to add onsite, offsite, or overseas consultants
to your staff for temporary engagements, Natton Technologies
can provide you with IT resources on contract basis. Each
of the resources assigned to your project will be pre-screened
so that we can provide you with the resources that best fit
your needs.
Fixed Scope – Fixed Cost
When project specifications, deliverables, and schedules are
well defined and locked down, this model allows you to determine
the upfront cost of your project and manage your budget.
In this model, after discussing and reviewing business requirements
and project specifications, we provide work and cost estimates
and finalize the project requirements. Any additional changes
identified during the project development process go through
a change request management processes, where the changes are
estimated and scheduled for a separate delivery. Change requests
can be delivered on a fixed cost or a Time and Material basis.
Flexible Resource
Businesses often need resources that are available for short
durations depending on a number of factors:
* The length and type of a project
* Budget limitations
* Requirements for specialized resources on an as-needed basis
* Criticality of project deliverables
